The 1985 XL350R continued unchanged in specification, keeping the four-valve RFVC 339 cc engine, six-speed gearbox, front disc and adjustable long-travel suspension. It remained a road-legal trail bike aimed at casual enduro riding and commuting rather than competition. Wikipedia places the end of its production around this year.
